Great Customer Service
I've been using this headset for awhile for my work from home 9-5. I needed something hardwired and love the volume controls. The one that I was using recently broke and they replaced it right away. It's definitely the most important thing I use when working from home.

It's everything it says. It fits right, but I feel uncomfortable with it, esp. the head clip with the use of hard plastic.I guess I am just used to in-ear headphones that are less cumbersome and there is no improvement in the sound quality over it at all.
