Q: How long does it stay cold?

Hello. Thanks for contacting us at Speed USA. SpeedUSA Insta Speed Neck Cooler keeps its cooling sensation for about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the surrounding temperature(indoor, outdoor, your body temperature). The cooler pouch can keep the product at cooler temperature longer while not wearing it, and carrying around the product. Be sure to put a ice pack or some kind of refrigerant inside the cooler pouch when using with the Insta Speed Neck Cooler. Please also refer to the attached video for ways to cool the neck cooler not just in refrigerator (doesn't have to be in freezer!), but under the ice water. (If you are golfer. A cooler with ice water will definitely re-freeze the Neck Cooler after a few holes later. It also freezes under A/C. Please don't hesitate to contact us at anytime. Speed USA
