The color of this pan is gorgeous! I made a dip and took to a party and got so many complimentsThe pan is very good quality, I was replacing a Martha Stewart pan and this one is comparable to the more expensive brand.

Good quality, heats evenly and quickly. Cooks food in a snap. Only used on gas stovetop, can't comment any further. Used to make stew oxtail... 😱 💯

I bake sourdough bread only in this pot and it definitely gets the job done for sure I definitely recommend this Dutch oven

I just got this today and I had a dough proofing, ready to go. I have been looking for an enameled cast iron Dutch oven for a long time that had high sides, some extra room in the lid, a lid that fits securely to keep steam in, and no knob on top. This is perfect. It baked that sourdough boule perfectly! Beautiful, crispy, golden crust, with plenty of room to rise and round on the top. Afterward from the little bit of butter baked on the inside walls clean right off. As for aesthetics, it looks great. The enamel and color looks quality, classy, and gorgeous!

I bought this to bake bread. I use it upside down, so I don't burn my hands putting the loaf in, but it's still hard to take the lid off for the last half of the bake. The bread does turn out good though.

Great enamel! No chips or cracks. Smooth finish. Heavy cast iron. Performance is exceptional and on par with the very expensive competitors.
