And I have! Already in love with Sian's alchemy with words, I bought 2 copies, knowing I'd want one for myself and invariably, one to gift. Now having read it and already thinking "Ooh so and so is struggling at the moment, I should give them this book" on at least 4 different occasions in the last week, I'm clearly going to have to buy more.Truly, such a beautiful way to express love and support I think - "here are words which will speak to your sore heart and uplift you with sweet reminders of how magical you are, and this life is."Thank you Sian for creating a beautiful way for readers to feel held and seen, and to express love so gently to others by passing that feeling along.What a gift. Wow ✨ Siân has such a beautiful way with words.This book is a lesson in vulnerability as her poems take you on a journey from the roots of insecurity and self-doubt all the way up to the beautiful bloom of living a full joyous life. The book is broken into sections - Pull weeds, Plant seeds and Bloom - with each section letting you in to Siân’s personal life story, with many moments and musings most people can relate to.Bloom is my favourite section, with optimistic poems such as “I freckle my cheeks with gold”, “When I want to feel mysterious”, “Happy wrinkles” and “Curfews” - which leave you hopeful and excited for the little joys life brings.(BONUS: It makes a beautiful addition to any coffee table / book shelf 😉)
