Johari West shirts are made from 100% high grade Indonesian cotton and have top stitch detail on the collar, shoulders, and sleeves with monogramed Johari West buttons. The Johari West Hawaiian or tropical style designs are produced using stamps that are approximately 8 to 10 inches’ square that are applied by hand in a repeating pattern. To obtain the specific color, each shirt goes through several hand dying and open air drying techniques that are centuries old and have been passed down through the generations on the islands of Indonesia. Due to the high level of individual hand craftsmanship involved in producing the shirt, the color and print may vary from the main picture. We believe that one of the true advantages of wearing a Johari West shirt is knowing that all shirts are individual with no two shirts being exactly the same.

Nicely made
The print is very unique, and the shirt gets softer after being washed a few times. My husband is retired and has adopted loose, casual shirts and cargo shorts as his personal summer time style. This is cool and comfortable, fits just right, and looks good with cargo shorts, khakis, jeans, etc. Washed it as directed and did not have any shrinkage or wrinkling. We definitely will buy more of this particular brand next spring.

Another Gorgeous Shirt
Can't add much to the positive reviews other than to say that this shirt looks and feels fabulous.This is a perfect shirt for looking great during the hot summers -or fall - or spring. Not too bright and lots of deep, rich color in the shirt to match with all sorts of outfits. Also a well made shirt and properly balanced for an average build. This brand takes Hawaiian shirts up a notch. I have bought several shirts from this maker and totally recommend their whole collection.

Love the shirt. This is the 3rd or 4th shirt I have gotten from Johari. I'm a big guy so I need the tall. Shirts are 100% cotton with a decent weight. Not too light and not too heavy. If you pull out of the dryer and hang up right away wrinkles are minimal. Has held up well to numerous washing. Good quality shirt. I highly recommend.

Tall enough
I am 6"8" and this shirt fits well. I t was long enough in the body and the sleeves were well proportioned for a tall man. I loved the pattern and the texture of the fabric.
