Thanks a lot..works good and good phones..my doughters loves it

I purchased this phone for my 10 yr old kid as a "TESTER" phone. Positive: The phone looks/feel good and sturdy considering the price point, it came in a nice box with charging cable, power brick and a nice protective case for the phone. Negative: I have never had SO many issues trying to set up a phone. I recived it last night (1/17) and began what normally is a few minutes of set up. All seemed to be going ok until the phone shut down and restarted itself about 75% into the setup, and gave me the image(s) in this post. I assume it was user error so decided to do it all-over again; 4 more time, later, at approximately the same completion percentage, it did the same thing - I tried one final time and finally it worked! Let the phone rest over night and today, when setting up some apps for my kid, the phone froze in the middle of logging into Spotify, it restarted and gave me the same erro message I received 4 time yesterday. Maybe we go a Lemon, but regardless I will be returning it first thing to morning. Again, it appears to be a pretty good phone (if it works) but I also have to realize and taken into consideration what I paid for it. Please be cautious, and if you purchase this phone, I hope it works as intended for you. -Mike

This phone was purchase for a friend as a gift. He is loving it. No issue so far, all it's need when purchasing is SD for more storage space.

This is my second cellphone identical to this model. It is a good basic phone w apps. Memory isn't great but with cloud storage it's adequate. Processing is.... A little glitchy. Especially when you have multiple apps running while streaming.... It's a good $60 phone. Decent sound, camera glitches after memory is high and doesn't save photos... System crashes a few times a day when phone is being pushed with a lot of apps and background whoknowswhat running. Remember it's a 60$ phone. It works remarkably well to be so economical. Comes with a protective case - like in the box like any rational person would include due to the fragile nature of a cellphone. I'd buy it for my kids, anyone needing a decent performing smart phone for less than $100 for the service and the phone...

The battery does not maintain and it seems like there is a delay when I'm pressing to read something, type etc. I bought it only to tie me over till I get a new phone after breaking my reg one.

This is the worst phone I have ever had. Performance is poor. Security shaky ,volume poor, random pop ups, apps disappear and reappear randomly on and on nothing but a problem. It is not worth the low budget price, you get even less than what you paid for.

Granddaughter loved it Bit slow but good for a ten year old.

0- stars absolute garbage, ordered 2 phones for my children just so they could talk and text with me while im away at work. 1 phone wont even turn on, charges fine assuming its power button. The other consistently crashes. Absolute garbage! Do not purchase. Waste of your money and unfortunately have to give it a star

Very cheaply made. Doesn't respond. Bought for my partner who is not gentle with phones. Save your money and get something better.
