Easy to use.
I just received the box of plates and immediately used one in a simple experiment separating an ink into its colored components. The plate I used was easy to mark and spot; the spot not growing uncontrollably. It developed up the slide uniformly and quickly. The individual colors could be discerned quite easily, especially as the slide started to dry. I do have a bit more testing to do, but my initial impression is favorable.
