I replaced two 35 year old covered patio fans with two of these, purchased on sale for a little over $80 each. What a great bargain! I've been looking for quite some time for outdoor/wet rated fans, and nothing comes close. Parts fit and finish are excellent, and the packaging is perfect. No blade balancing was needed and the fans are quiet. All the hardware fits perfectly and no holes are out of place. The instructions are well written (not a translation), easy to follow, and clearly illustrated at each step. All necessary parts are supplied and individually packaged. It took me about 10 minutes each to remove the old fans. Installation of the first fan took about 80 minutes as I assembled as I went along and took my time. I pre-assembled everything for the second fan, and installation took 40 minutes. I'm very, very pleased with this purchase.

Needed a plain white 52-inch ceiling fan to replace an almost 20-year-old one on my screened porch that had started squeaking like a banshee. Liked the looks of this one on Amazon (much larger selection of fans than available from big box stores locally). Attracted by the price, Honeywell reputation and high ratings/reviews by customers. Turned out to be the perfect choice - securely boxed, arrived in a couple of days, clear instructions/user guide. Easy installation, is whisper quiet and really moves some air. Included all applicable parts, carefully wrapped. Color is flat white; plastic blades have a faux wood grain that might sound cheesy but does not look bad at all. Fan is light kit adaptable and seems sturdy/well built. Very pleased with this purchase!

The fan arrived on time with out any damage. It was very well packaged and installation was straight forward. I installed this fan over my work bench in my woodworking shop but wouldn't hesitate to have it in my house, simple and attractive best describe it's appearance. It comes with every thing needed to install it as a ceiling hugger, sloped ceiling or as I did with the down rod. Since this is a indoor or oudoor fan, I plan to buy another one to install on my covered porch. The operation is extremely quiet, smooth with zero wobble and an effective air mover. I'd choose this fan again and recommend it to others.

Functional, a little noisy when fully on
