So it took me some time to give my review as I wanted to put the flashlights to use,check the flashlights out beforehand, and to make a good judgment as I know some people don’t put in the time of use before giving a review. I have to say my experience has been worth this 5 star review! Let me explain.. This is my second time purchasing. The first purchase was just the regular flashlight with no magnetic tailcap but came with the flashlight belt holder/holster. Unfortunately I had an issue with the flimsy belt holder as it tore/not secure and advised them that they should put a bit more effort on the quality as it tore so easily as well as the Velcro/hook and loop not holding up. The Mgr reached out to me and sent me a couple new flashlight holders no questions asked! Awesome! Unfortunately I asked if they made a better more sturdier holder and they do not..This was months ago. Eventually as I was working inside a customers crawl space (I’m a Pest control technician) I lost that flashlight due to the Velcro not holding securely as I knew it was going to happen and unfortunately I didn’t notice It until I needed it again later that day and the flashlight wasn’t there! So I’m an honest person,fair and pretty reasonable, the price was good for the quality for what it was going to be used for. I now had to buy new flashlights, therefore I purchased these ones. (I want everyone to know that I own “Streamlight” and “Surefire” flashlights for different purposes (EDC/Riflemounted) and those lights are expensive and not expendable.) Remind you,Difference is this has a magnetic tailcap and the other ones came with belt holders. Now for the price that you’re paying for 2 quality work lights which if you lost,would upset you when you needed it for that days services,but would not truly disappoint and hurt your pocketbook as it was not my expensive flashlights. What I did this time as I still had the belt holder from the previous purchase was buy snap on buttons to secure the flashlights better! Velcro plus snap buttons are the trick to make the belt holders work and secure nicely. Unfortunately I don’t believe I should have had to do that as I advised the manager that this was the weak link but it is what it is. Now I did have a second flashlight but I gave it away as a gift for Christmas or I would have had a replacement from the previous order. It has been I’m guestimating 5-6 months ago. This is a well deserved 5 star review for the customer service response, cost of product for the quality for which it should be used for (work/utility) But they should definitely fix the belt holder issue as it is still a reason someone would not give the 5 star rating. I don’t do reviews very often because it’s a waste of my precious time but I do review a product when it is a piece of crap or a great purchase! This should say something about this flashlight! If you’re looking for a utility or work light that if got lost you wouldn’t be heart broken and is durable,bright and uses aaa batteries or rechargeable,this is great! But if your looking for a rifle mounted light or a edc (every day carry) this is not it. Go with the other 2 brands I mentioned knowing that those single flashlights were at least 3-5 times more expensive! I believe every flashlight has its purpose! The only flaw is the belt holder,which has nothing to do with the flashlights. Overall,I’m still giving them 5 stars,even though I lost my flashlight due to the belt holder not being secured. Maybe they would have replaced it if I had reached out as I already had advised them I was afraid this would happen...I should have thought about the snap buttons earlier but I digress. Well I have to say, LED technology has come a long way in a very short time. About 2 years ago I paid about $55 for a Cree LED Flashlight, and a $5 a piece for these, the beat my old on hands down. They are not quite as bright as my cree, but the are so close its not really worth mentioning the difference. I can say that these have a better zoom than the $55 cree flashlight I have. They biggest factor in my decision to purchase these is the fact that they accept 18650 LiPo Batteries. Those make a huge difference in brightness, and they offer about a month of power with about 30-45 minutes of use each night on a dog walk. While these are longer than the $55 flashlight I have, I am still thinking about buying another set to stock the house and my bug out bag with, because you can never have too many flashlights when you need them the most, and at $5 a peice, why not?

Pros: Magnet can hold the flashlight up with ease, very bright light on high, has memory so it goes back to last used setting, focus slider requires effort so it doesn't adjust itself, and can use PROTECTED 18650 button or flat top batteries!Cons: does not include batteries, but for this price is very acceptable. The lanyard string will probably not survive on either of my flashlights as the opening on the flashlight itself is very tight and a bit sharp. Both flashlights came with already frayed strings. This doesn't bother me as I likely won't ever use the lanyard.Info: if you go with 18650 rechargeable batteries, you must use protected 18650 as they don't over discharge. If you have a vape, DO NOT use your normal batteries, but you can use your normal external charger. Also, the pointed tip can be unscrewed, but don't bother because you'll gunk up the threads and it helps protect the lens a little.In the pictures, the attic was actually darker than what you see. The camera does a little too good in low light conditions.For those that care: it does create a decent full moon with nice cutoff (meaning it doesn't just cast glare). Very similar to the $40 Klein flashlight, but after buying a couple batteries and a charger, you have two flashlights for the price of one.

Magnetic base holds flashlight horizontal on a flat vertical surface. On and off with a full push is consistent. Switch hasn’t stumbled yet. Brightness is pretty good with AAA batteries, not spectacular but pretty good for a small light. I use primarily as a work light for my car hobbist work so it gets a bit of knocking around. No complaints for the price. If it keeps on working I’m happy. Using daily for about 2 months.

Update, Since these did not come with batteries I had looked online for batteries but hadn't bought any. I received a package in the mail, probably not 3 days later with batteries and a personal note saying they were sorry that the purchase did not live up to my expectations. Wow, it's been a long time since I've received customer service like that.The flashlights themselves are very nice, very solid and nice bright lights. the adjustment of the zoom is smooth and precise and the different modes are very easy to use. I'm very happy with my purchase, and feel the vendor went above and beyond to make me happy.Warning, these do not come with ANY batteries, only way down the page in fine print does it say anything about batteries not included. Not as good a deal as it seems.

I don’t write many reviews, but I am so impressed by these that I felt I needed to. They are not lightweight, but a good weight in your hand- they feel like quality. They have 5 modes on them, either AAA batteries of you can by a lithium one with the enclosed sleeve. The light is really good quality and it’s easy to zoom the light. They were not expensive and I can tell they will last. Oh- and the magnet is strong enough to stick to Metal. I am seriously impressed at the price point.
