A firm base and it would have been 5-stars
This bag is strong as it is well stitched and the material is quite thick so it should last a long time. The only thing I don't like is that the base is not firm so it doesn't have that flat tote-bag look. This set is fitting because my family calls me that, I even have a cup labeled "boss lady".

I ordered this simply for me..lol. My name tag actually says Boss Lady. The tote is super well made with extra stitching making it super tough and the acrylic heart sits proudly on my desk and gently reminds my staff that I am the Boss Lady and gets a lot of laughs 😃 I love this set and carry it proudly. I don't have to worry about anyone being confused about who it belongs to or who's the boss. It would make a fabulous gift for the Boss Lady in your life!

So stinking cute but
This tote could be 5 stars but it doesn't have a board insert to put in the bottom of the bag for shaping. It really needs that.
