Awesome Flying Kite For Youngins!
I ordered this kite for my grandson's kite day at school. It is a really stunning kite. My grandson loved the dragon design. It flew well at kite day, except for running into other kids and kites because there were so many in the designated school area. Looking forward to getting it out in a larger space! We did end up cutting the side tails shorter because we kept getting tangled in them. Overall it's a great kite and flew well. Also we registered it with Mint after purchase. Later in the day my grandson was flying it in his backyard and it crashed. Somehow we lost one of the horizontal support sticks. I emailed Mint to see if we could get that piece replaced since we registered it. Mint shipped us a whole new kite! AWESOME customer service. Definitely recommend Mint's kites. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Quality
This works amazing for the price! My 8 year old was able to fly it by herself. And put it together with little assistance! It is also beautiful and a great quality for the price!

Flys really well, edges frayed badly on first flight
We took this nylon kite out for the first time on a moderately windy day. It assembled easily and we got it up with no trouble. We let all the line out, which is good quality line, and we were happy to see that it was knotted to the handle. The line attaches to the kite via a locking swivel hook, which allows for easy on/off. The kite flew well, was well balanced, and looked great. After flying it for an hour, we brought it down and discovered the bottom of the kite had frayed pretty badly. (See photo). If it weren’t for the fraying, this kite would have gotten 5 stars. I’m curious to see how many flights we get out of it before it falls apart.

Holds up well!
We took this kite to the sand dunes in Outer Banks. It was very windy, and we let the string out all the way. The kite caught the wind easily and I never felt that the wind would snap the kite or string. Overall very easy to assemble (<5min), and holds up well! Kids like the design as well.

It's ok
It's well made and tough but it's too heavy maybe? Gotta have A LOT of wind and I mean alot. It will also turn and take a random dive to the ground. I will buy a regular thin plastic kite next time.
