Nykaa NaturalsSkin Potion Facial Oil - 24K Gold For Women 1 oz Oil

I’m not an expert at these kind of products, but I trust my instincts. The makers of Nykaa Naturals Skin Potion Facial Oil took a lot of care in the design of the product and it looks luxurious. I put a few drops on my face and neck after washing my skin and rubbed it in. I needed a bit more than they suggested. Initially, the orange scent (I think I smelled chocolate too) was quite strong but it faded rather quickly which was perfect. I can’t sleep with products that smell strongly. My face didn’t feel heavy which surprised me. My skin felt soft to the touch but not oily or tacky. I didn’t worry about staining my pillow as the oil seemed to absorb quickly into my skin. I have not had any negative reaction though my skin isn’t overly sensitive. I enjoy using it in part because the packaging is so nice and the product is gentle.

This is a good oil. Very oily but it does add a moisturizing effect to your routine. Thats mainly what I use it for, I have not seen any other improvements in the appearance of my face since I started that I can note. the scent is almost non existent in my opinion, its not something i notice either in a positive or negative way.

Firstly, I was expecting no gold flakes in this because I find most of the time, when a product advertises it, there are so few it's practically microscopic. However, mine arrived with quite a bit. They'd settled to the bottom and it took quite a bit of shaking to get them to disperse, but they did and were visible in the dropper.The scent of this is a mild citrus, and super pleasing. It's not a fake chemical smell or some cloying fake sweet scent, thankfully.Going on, a little goes a long way. It seems to be helping with keeping my face moisturized, which is tricky this time of year with the heat still coming on many times a day and drying things out. It also doesn't seem to be contributing to any break outs or redness, which is good since I've got sensitive skin prone to redness.I'd give this a try before going for the more pricey options out there. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Nykaa claims this stuff has 24k gold flakes in it, but if so it's Fool's Gold, as you would have to be foolish to buy this product.It's colored baby oil, with some other ingredients they purport are in it (24k ingredients, I'm sure), and worst of all, it's almost out of date. I think we're getting inventory that's been sitting in a cargo container for three years dumped on us. There's no other explanation.Don't waste your money on this BS.

Whenever I put anything called oil onto my face I'm a bit hesitant, but this one is surprisingly perfect. It doesn't feel heavy, it doesn't feel like it's doing nothing, and it is moisturizing my skin without disrupting my sensitive face with red splotches or break outs. I do find I need more than 2 or 3 drops, more like 5-6, but other than that I highly recommend if you're in the market for this sort of facial product. And personally I wouldnt worry about not seeing the gold in the bottle, though I can see some in mine, but gold leaf such as this breaks up fairly easy so I'm betting the nutrient content is still around even if the bigger flakes are not.
