NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER -- WASHERS, SCREWS, ETC.
I had to use a magnifying glass to read the booklet. There were no instructions on how to put the small pieces together -- washers, screws, etc. Returning this item
