PhosphatidylSerine Supplement 300mg is noted to be a good brain / memory supplement. I've used them for more than a year and they seem to be working for me.

This stuff is great! It's one of the few things that will cross the blood brain barrier, and keeps your memory all together! We had my mom on this for a long time, then she stopped swallowing her pills, so we pulled them from her (she would chew on them ... ick) and after that, we watched her go downhill quickly, sadly passing in the next year. When she was on them though, she was talking, answering, chatting, we could carry on conversations ... off them, we got nothing. As I'm semi-retired now myself, I have incorporated them in my routine and I can say it helps too!

This product seems to help; albeit to a moderate degree. I continue to take it since the cost/benefit ratio is satisfactory.

After taking this phosphatidyl serine supplement, I feel like I'm sleeping better and my memory has improved, so I plan to continue taking it.

Doublewood supplements seem to do the job just fine. This supplement won't have any immediate, profound effects, but long-term it's shown to be good for brain health.

Tried this on my dog for Cushing's disease. Did not seem to work as her numbers went higher after using the product for 6 months. It was worth a try, did not do her any harm. Just did not work for my dog.

Can’t live without this supplement. Lowers cortisol and helps with sleep and focus. I take one at bed time. I wake up much happier and able to handle the stress of existing during these unprecedented times. I definitely recommend this to as many people as I can.

50% of the pills turn yellowish, less than 3 months after I open the bottle. I’m very careful of not touching the unconsumed pills. I do not get the consistent brain boost.
