On off switch broke
I love this, but the on off switch broke so in order to turn if off it has to be unplugged.

Color not as picutred
The photo makes it look as if it is dark glass with an amber glow. Mine is silver glass with a clear glow. The pieces surrounding the warmer are not tight. They are loose and rattle. It leans forward a little so I have to make sure the glass cup sits right so that the wax doesn't drip out. I will keep it though.

Doesn't Look Like the Photo
It looks black and amber in the photo but when lit it's too bright and not black or amber. It was for my mother, she didn't like it at all. No printer or any way to return it.
