A: I bought this device and also bought 100 box of lancets from home health available on the amazon site for £4.99.  They are very easy to install and I find the system quite satisfactory.  I have an accu check device but these lancets cannot be used in it.  However I'm quite happy with what I now have. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can Microlet lances be used in this device**
A: No but you get the correct ones free with this device and these are easy to buy and use
