Product is as described and they are actually very good for the price. I bought these do to having a bursitis cyst on my elbow. Use of a sleeve was recommended by my PCP. I measured my arm (L) but bought the next size up (XL). The (XL) fits perfectly, not to tight and it's not really pushing hard on the cyst. I believe the (L) would of fit to tight. I've been wearing it most of the day and not having any problems, it stays put even with a lot of movement during work.

These sleeves are of excellent quality and provide firm but not painful compression compression. I have hEDS and need to support my elbows when lifting weights for PT or walking my dog. Really, any work that involves stress on that joint.I've been wearing the sleeves for a few weeks now, and I am very impressed with both the quality and the economical cost. It even seems that they have become more comfortable as I wear them. (Keeping in mind that compression gear is never really "comfortable'.)So far I have had no problems with rolling. There are no loose or pulled threads. The stitching is excellent, and they are holding up well to repeated wearings. My only complaint is that these elbow sleeves are quite long. For petite people who would need the narrow size smalls, the "elbow" is nearly the entire arm. In the winter this isn't as much of an issue, but in the summer I don't want to find myself skipping wearing them when I really need them because of how hot they are. Please consider making them more proportional to a petite person's arms. For reference my bicep is 9 1/2", and around my forearm at the lower sleeve edge is 7". My arm is 20.5" long from shoulder to wrist. The sleeve gaps a tiny bit at the lower edge but doesn't affect compression at the elbow.Despite the complaint about length, I am planning to buy more of these sleeves so that I have some to wear when my others are drying.

I had originally bought a medium based on the size chart but it was too big. I returned it and got a small. I'm 5'2" and 105 lbs. It does seem to help my tennis elbow a little bit. I mostly wear it around the house and it does offer some support which I notice when I'm lifting something with one arm, such as putting a bowl away in a top cabinet. I only wear it on the affected arm. I'm not playing pickleball again until this (mild) pain resolves as I don't want to aggravate things. Not sure if this will fix the problem, I think that will take time, but it helps some in the meantime.

These fit me well at medium size and seem to work as advertised- I got through a workout with noticeably less pain in both elbows- but they are SO ITCHY. I pre-washed them with hair conditioner (my wife‘s trick for her nylons) and even wore them over liners made of old cotton t-shirt sleeves, and my skin was still irritated by the end of the session. I guess that’s a lesson learned- time to spend a little more for a premium neoprene brand.

I have very mild elbow tendinitis, just started this year. (68 year old -male). I started using this for golf and bowling, completely removed the mild pain I was experiencing while participating in these activities. Sometimes I have mild pain while just doing odd chores, again wearing this completely removes my any elbow pain. Seems to be well made. The XL size fits well, 5'10", 225 pounds, muscular build.
