Supports relaxation and sleep
I've been using the Apigenin Capsules for a couple of weeks now, primarily for their potential calming and sleep-enhancing benefits. The 100mg of apigenin paired with psyllium husk for added fibre seems like a thoughtful combination. The capsules are easy to swallow, vegan-friendly, and have no noticeable taste or smell, which makes them pleasant to take daily. So far, I've noticed a slight improvement in my sleep quality. While it hasn't been a dramatic change, I do feel more relaxed before bed and wake up feeling a bit more refreshed. The addition of psyllium husk is a bonus, as it helps with my daily fibre intake, something I often fall short on.Overall, I'm pleased with the initial results and plan to continue using them to see if the benefits become more pronounced over time. For anyone looking for a natural supplement to support relaxation and better sleep, these capsules are worth considering.

Off to a good start
I wanted to try this after reading about the benefits Apigenin has for many things including inflammation. The product arrives in a brown bag, with a clear window so you can see the contents inside. Unfortunately, there is no instruction on whether you can recycle the bag (all or in part), which means it would need be be binned. I'd prefer to receive the capsules in a glass jar which could be reused, or recycled. You receive 60 capsules which will last you a month if you take two (2) capsules per day. Price-wise, it works out to about 22p per capsule which I think is a fair price.I can not speak to whether this is working for me as far as anti-inflammation and probiotics as it has been less than a month, and I believe you need to be trying something for longer to see the benefits. I am trying this product without the capsule by simply adding the contents to my food. It doesn't add any (or change) flavour to my food, and I don't notice it is there. The reason I am not consuming the capsules is because I have concerns about the manufacturing process of Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC). Do your research, just because it is vegan doesn't make it safe, better, or healthy for you.

Two months of apigenin supplements suitable for vegans with some fibre
Apigenin has some potential for various mental health issues such as anxiety or depression, insulin production, it's an antioxidant and these capsules contain Psyllium Husk which is a commonly used fibre supplement. That's probably the element which is most useful in this product and most widely studied. There's no doubt that more dietary fibre is a good thing for the majority of people although too much is also not a good idea. The apigenin itself is in the category of supplements which require a lot of further study, however, the data available so far do suggest that it might be beneficial for anxiety and perhaps sleep. You should definitely do your research before bothering with any supplement, but what I've seen is that there aren't a lot of red flags for apigenin as in, no-one is saying consuming a sensible dose will have any negative effects. 100 mg per capsule is more than enough for a dose as far as I can tell, so I will be using this packet for 2 months and I'll see if I notice any benefit. I don't sleep well so that would be a huge benefit to me if it helps. Either way, I'll benefit from the fibre because I'm definitely low on that in my diet. The capsules are the average size, they're vegan and easy to swallow. I didn't notice any smell from the packet, or taste when swallowing which is good. Pricing at the time of purchase seemed comparable. They come in the packet shown and that's fine from my perspective.

Two months supply at an affordable price
I've been taking these Apigenin capsules as part of my daily routine for a couple of weeks now. It is still early days, so it is hard to say whether they have had much of an effect or not, but I will continue until I have finished the packet.I am not a vegan, but they are vegan-friendly, which is good to know for anyone who is, and in addition to the Apigenin, there is also some Psyllium Husk, which boosts fibre along with other things. The capsules come in a resealable package, which makes them easy to store and, I suppose, saves on waste, and they are non-GMO, which is important to me.There are sixty capsules in the packaging, and it suggests taking between 1 and 2 capsules per day, which means there is either a month's supply or two months, depending on how many you have each day.I did checkout their website and was concerned the 'about us' page didn't lead anywhere, as I like to know who the supplier is.

Extra apigenin always good
Apigenin is a compound found it fruits, vegetables and some tea, amongst other places. It has been proven to be safe in even very high doses and has a beneficial, calming effect, as well as antioxidant and even anti-inflammatory properties.I am happy to make sure I have it in my diet. I have been taking this daily for about 2 weeks now and I can't say that I have noticed any effects, but I'm not stressed and don't have any inflammation. I'm hoping that the anti-oxidant side of it is proving beneficial. You get 60 easy to swallow, vegan friendly capsules that at 1/day will last you a couple of months. Each capsule provides a 100mg serving of apigenin and 400mg of psyllium husk. I admit to being somewhat confused by the 200mg serving stated on the front of the packet, with the dosage recommended at 1-2 capsules per day. Is it a 1 month supply at 200mg/day if you take 2 capsules or is the packet mislabelled?I would prefer a recyclable bottle to a plastic lined pouch both for convenience (the pouch does not stand up by itself) and for recycling - this pouch does not say anywhere that it it is recyclable.I have considered docking a star for the confusion over dosage but on balance you can decide for yourself how much you want to take give the quantities per capsule.
