Good bespoke tool,
When you need to move a fixing, this is a great tool, the cutter is very handy, when cutting high capacity cables,Japanese manufacturer, a slightly higher quality than German companies, knippex,ck, nws etc,

Stiff but will loosen up.
A bit of polish compound and WD40 worked into the pivot for 5 mins will loosen these up. Then they become my favorite pliers. Good cutting power for large copper cables. Useful crimp tool. Very, very effective screw grip on the end of the jaws. Not for cutting steel! So these are electrician pliers, not fencing pliers.

not as advertised
It cuts and does what it says but this is made in Taiwan witch is equal to made in china. It's not a made in Japan product, so don't expect to last very long.... update: counterfeit rubbish, it got dented by a aluminium screw 👎
