Where do I begin? We love the design and color of this rug. It's looks EXCELLENT in our living room. Just really adds something to the aesthetic. It's shag without being too shaggy. And to walk on it with bare feet is amazing. It's not super padded, which is kind of a letdown, but it doesn't take away from our love for it. This would be just as great in a log cabin as it would be at a beach house. It's very well made and we're extremely happy with it.

This rug is really only for looks and should not be in any sort of active household (kids, dogs, lots of foot traffic, etc) unless you’re open to the high maintenance nature of it. I brush this rug once every 2 weeks or as needed more frequently. You can’t vacuum it so I pick up anything by hand or finger comb it while using the precision hose on the vacuum. It takes a solid 20-30 minutes of actual brushing that rivals some arm workouts. I’m new to owning this type of rug but it’s incredibly difficult to keep looking nice and the room fresh. I love the way it looks but it’s too high maintenance for our household unfortunately. ):

This rug looks nothing like it is pictured. It is very shaggy and the tape arrived stuck to the shaggy parts and ripped a lot of the rug when trying to unwrap it. I tried to return it but am 33 weeks pregnant and couldn’t roll it up and carry it to return it on my own and missed the return window. This was my biggest waste of money yet.

Would've liked more padding and for it to be a little thicker. Nice and fuzzy but feels kind of cheaply made. I haven’t vacuumed it yet, but I feel like that would ruin the rug because it would shed easily. Still, looks nice in my living room.

This is my favorite of my 4 Loloi rugs (I replaced all my home's rugs after discovering Loloi). And while they are all amazing, I am especially in love with two of them. This rug is incredibly plush. The softness is unreal. Cats and dogs are both way too attracted to laying on the floor these days! Ha! Pretty stain resistant and very easy to clean. I love it!

The shag is not carpet material, it’s more like a faux angora rabbit, way too long to vacuum. I can tell looking at it in person it will turn into dreadlocks before a month has passed. returning now! Wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased.

This is such a great brand of rugs! My rug came rolled up and sealed in 2 layers of plastic. It didn't have a terrible scent to it either, just a normal rug smell. Very high quality.

I had purchased this based on the look (obviously) and was extremely surprised on the quality of this rug. It’s fairly thin and doesn’t feel as nice as it looks. Other than that it does look exactly like the photos, just expect it to feel extremely synthetic.
