It seems we received a bad unit. The material is pretty good seems to last and looks solid. After installing the system we plugged it in as per the manufacturer's instructions, but did not start to work. We decided to remove all hoses and re-installed and unsuccessfully results. The red light was turned on ( OC3 0% ) but did not start to clean either (100 OC3 or 50 OC3). I decided to return it.The customer service representative contacted me within minutes of seeing my review and they are very professional as well. In the close future I will buy another one to see how it goes.

We have dogs and this is the answer! No more doggy odor and no detergent needed. If you have a very soiled laundry I just add an extra rinse cycle. Wash on cold, save money, healthier for pets, humans and the environment ! I’m not sure why these aren’t more popular?

It works, if you have a very dirty job as I do, it also works with just a little extra step of pre treatment. I work on pumps and gearboxes for a living, so I'm usually covered with never seize and open gear lube and that real thick 680 gear oil. This ozone generator does the job and has actually started saving me money at this point. I used to spend about 60 dollars on detergents every other weekend. Plus the extra discharge port is great for random house chores where it's a good idea to use ozone water to disinfect like giving the dogs a bath. Had a minor issue with a switch that I believe was created during shipping. Will be contacting the factory and I will update asap.Update***General manager of the factory contacted me, very nice gentleman, we were able to come to an agreement and he gave me some helpful tips in order to maximize the effectiveness of the ozone generator. Had to make this update after that. It's not everyday the head dude personally contacts you to make sure both sides walk away smiling. I will add this also. I have 2 Cane Corso's that are brother/sister and right at 11 months old. They are a handful and have no problems leaving a path of destruction in their wake. Needless to say beds and blankets don't take long to get dirty and smelly. The santicleana was very good at cleaning up and freshening up these items. I would say for pet owners this is a must have to keep your house smelling right.

I have no words for this device aside from AMAZING. And trust me, I spent countless hours researching and hem and hawing over the price. It's well worth it. Do note you connect this thing to Cold water only. In other words, if you attempt to simply turn on your washing machine and walk away, you will be disappointed. Why? Because being a cold water fed device, you must set your washing machine to COLD WATER ONLY! And you must use the EXTRA RINSE Feature. That way you are blasting your clothes with all the Ozone goodness as much as possible. Any use of any other temperature setting including warm, is going to reduce the concentration of Ozone your clothing gets.

I have been using SantiCleana for about three weeks now. My laundry comes out clean feeling and clean smelling and even a little fluffier. I don't use commercial detergents (haven't for about four years) so I started using this unit with ZERO detergent or other additives. I am very satisfied with this unit even pleasantly surprised. I was hesitant over the $300 price tag, but over it's anticipated life 3-5 years, with as much laundry as I do, it will pay for itself. Highly recommend.
