I use one of these as a hot version for the microwave, and the other as a cool version in the fridge.They smell lovely, and can help force you to relax and just be without doing the doom scrolling or doing anything much. It allows me to have some quiet reflection time, and sometimes use it while meditating or just to quiet my mind. The cold one is good when it's a hot day, and want to cool down a little.

I have been spending a bit of time meditating lately - about 15-20mins per day with everything off, in the dark. Nothing special just visualisations mainly and I've been using a standard sleep mask to cut out the light but when I saw these I imeediately ordered them.They are lovely. I put them in the freezer for a few hours and laid them across my eyes whilst meditating and they are lovely and soothing. I like the weight on my eyes.They also have a lovely scent that I understand is Jasmine - although I'm not sure I would have known it was Jasmine to be honest. It's nice though and subtle.The material is soft and I think it's nice to have something special to meditate with me, it's all part of the process in my opinion - brings a bit of calm.The descriptions say they can be used for sleep although I'm not sure how that would work as it's only gravity keeping them on your eyes.For my use, I'm delighted with these and recommend.

These silk eye pillows, made in China, don't smell of lavender which is very disappointing. I wonder if there is any lavender sprigs inside them or whether they are just filled with some kind of grain.

The material of the pillow case is super soft and lovely against my skin. As for the lavender scent, I can smell it when I put my nose to the pillow, but it's barely noticeable when I have it over my eyes. I'll probably top it up with lavender essential oil at some point. The method I opted for was the cold one. I took the pack out from the inside, put it in a re-sealable bag and popped it in the freezer for approximately 20 hours. The cooling effect was just right for my eyes. Gel packs can get too cold, but this was comfortable. As for the weight, it was gentle. I found most of the beads would settle around my eyeball. I liked this, as too much pressure on top of the eyelids doesn't help me that much. The sizing is generous. It easily covered my eyes and eyebrows. Light is also blocked out. Being sensitive to brightness at times, this was a bonus.

The lavender fragrance of these silk eye pillows is very subtle, which I prefer, as this makes for a more relaxing experience. I just popped mine in the fridge for about an hour as I wasn’t quite brave enough to face it straight from the freezer. It was weighty enough to keep it in place without being uncomfortably heavy and large enough to block out the light while I did my 10 minute guided meditation session. These are nicely presented and would make an ideal gift. However, the listing states both silk and velvet (it’s silk) and mine were either two different colours or one had faded, which cheapened the look of the whole package.

For the price, it gets 5*. Good size, soft. Could be more lavendel, Its mild. A little skimpy filling but comfortable. Im addicted to eyemasks doing yoga nidra, tried a few. The silky ones are to recommened, especially if you have pets.

Schön zum entspannen und der Duft ist toll, nicht zu aufdringlich. Wunderschöne Farben, sieht richtig edel aus.

Ich suchte eine Augenmaske fürs Shavasana. Und hier gibt es gleich zwei. Eine ist für mein Homeyoga und die andere ist für den Kurs. Die Maske fühlt sich gut ab und der Duft ist dezent und wohltuend. Aber Vorsicht. Es besteht die Gefahr einzuschlafen. :)
