First of all, my kid loves it because it's cute.Besides that, my child's feedback for this is that it's quite comfortable to use, it's obviously super easy to set up (just plug and use), and to me the main feature is the maximum volume control.I've always struggled with my toddler putting videos and songs close to the maximum volume, and I've always pushed back on getting a headset because that issue would just be absolutely out of my control. But this feature really helped me to ensure my kid will not have ear damage because "Let it go" was playing too loud :)

My kid favorite headphones, stylish and sturdy. The cord its tangled resistant. Although I don’t want him chewing on the cord, like every other kids do it during computer lab, it's nice to know that the cord its made out of food grade material.Customer service it amazing. Headphones broke after 11 moths of school use, and they send us a new pair.Best quality product and service.

It works, the sound quality isn’t bad at all. Pretty decent. My little cousin love it! It’s cute, it’s flexible so it won’t break easily. I only didn’t give it 5 stars because i feel like it’s not very durable regardless of its flexibility. However, it’s meant for kids. It’s good for them to use for their age.

My daughter was looking for a new headset. I was initially hesitant as I haven't heard of this company before, but seeing as how there are many positive reviews, we took the chance. Everything was great until about 6 months in when the headphones no longer worked. I emailed their customer service and they were amazing. They took my word regarding the issue and sent a new one our way to replace the original one. They also followed up with me to make sure we were satisfied with the replacement headset. I gave them five stars as my daughter is happy and I had a great customer service experience.

Update: at almost a year the headphones went out. They lasted much longer than all of the previous ones my daughter had. I contacted the company and they sent us a new pair at no charge!We have been through many headphones for my daughter. She has had these for 6 months and they are still going strong.

Microphone would not work on child’s school ThinkPad but worked on my Surface Pro. It’s not defective, just wouldn’t work on her laptop

I actually haven't listened to these much, but my daughter loves these for online school. We had one set for a couple months, but they started having some cutting out of sound. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement quickly. Great customer service.

Waste of my hard earned money! Bought these because they were cute and not being very cheap I expected them to work BUT they did not last more than 3 months! I bought 1 set in Aug 2020 and it fell apart after 3 months! My son really liked them so I bought another one in Nov 2020. That one didn't even last 4 months!! What a waste. They're nice looking but crap for quality. Sound quality was ok at first but became so distorted. Would not recommend! Save your money and buy something with higher ratings!
