Very good product!!!!
It has all the essential minerals and it tastes very good. I would definitely recommend it after the workout or an extensive exercise. Also, you can add it in your daily diet.

I didn't like it
It give old capsules smell, can't take near to the mouth. And it tastes like electoral water. This makes me feel sick.. Those who like electrol water they can go for it. And those who is in search of nice fruit taste like me not recommended for them.

Tastes like medicine.
I personally did not like the taste. It tasted like medicine. Flavor was nice but could not mask the stench of medicine.
