Great for dark comic artwork
These feel great to hold as they have a sort of rubber grip added around the plastic. Thus set are dark so beware of this! They would be great for dark art work such as maybe anti hero comic art. Batman sort of comic work. As for blending, this I would not expect to happen using paper but if you read the box they say they can be used on glass and plastic and metal so if you ever use any of these types of alcohol markers on maybe perspex you could blend them really well together. DO NOT expect to blend these on paper as it will not happen at all. They are nice markers and they come in a lot of colours and this is where you can blend easily, just follow the numbers on the tips and these numbers allow you to get shades of a colour to work up a nice gradient effect on paper. Also if you expect to find "brush" nibs you'll need to buy the Illustrator version of these which is a white marker pen which is also a very nice marker but you do pay a little more for the brush tips. I would say nice markers and great colours, these are good for maybe darker comic artwork. Not blendable on paper at all. Legally they can say they are blendable as they work on glass and plastic so could be blended but don't get your hopes up for this to happen on paper.
