If you are a first time mom it’s a YES!!! 100% would recommend had my wife known about this with our first she would have enjoyed pumping way more. The comfort of having your right fit is chefs kiss!!! Those were her words. She said all pumps should come with these because not everyone has a nipples like hotdogs 😂

This is a must for a successful breastfeeding journey. You need to measure your nipple to a specific flange size if you plan on pumping for your baby. P.S. keep the kit, your nipple can change size so remeasure from time to time to adjust flange size if needed.

Bought these to help out with pumping. They fit perfectly in my spectra pump parts. Easy to clean and very good instructions. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a different flange size.

This really let me trial and error with what size flange I needed. Great tool. It comes with both a paper and silicone measurer to help with a starting place for size. The inserts work very well too!

Works well. Make sure you lubricate them before pumping or the silicone feels sticky and hurts. My own fault, I didn't realize I couldn't insert them into my 21mm flanges. I pulled out the 28mm that came with the pump and was able to insert these, making the 28s become 19s. I do notice more swelling during pumps and sometimes have to pause to size up, but this could be just me.

They fit into the machine and get the job done. I like the cleaning brush (although it's delicate and breaks down after so many uses) and I like the silicone measurement tool it comes with too.
