Very Disappointing!
I am not one to typically give bad reviews. I am Extremely disappointed in this book. Not worth the money. It only includes 8 recipes and they are not all traditional Okinawa recipes. It is only 36 pages long all total. It lists weekly meal plans but gives you no idea about the recipes ingredients. Seriously don’t waste your money.
