Perfect for exercise. Very sturdy.

I wouldn't say it change my alignment much, if any. But they are nicely made, sturdy and they certainly can't hurt My bunions may just be too far gone. May be better for slowing progress or prevention.

Great stretchers. Combined with other items, like toe separators, these have helped my foot pain.

These are kind of unique. I put a band on while watching TV or reading a book. It comes with two bands, one called Light and the other called Heavy. It’s simple, no matter your foot size, and feels good. However … please, take it off before you stand up and try to walk! I like them.

Got these for tie strengthening and it helps. Had foot surgery and extensive physical therapy to help my gait and balance.
