Maybe I was unlucky and received a faulty unit, but in my experience this is a poor quality product. The "jaws" of the mount do not hold my iPhone X firmly enough in either portrait or landscape orientation. My phone comes loose from the mount, stopping it from charging. On a couple of occasions it fell out of the mount all together. Additionally, the power connector doesn't fit it's micro USB slot properly, and after a week only provides power intermittently. Very disappointed as the wireless charging pad itself worked fine. Returning this and searching for an alternative.

I purchased 2 of these chargers for 2 cars that I own back in October 2018, they are by far the best phone holders I’ve ever used as both have stuck firm on the windscreens with no sign of adhesion issues and the chargers work extremely well., I want to purchase another for my work vehicle but as yet amazon have not restocked them, highly disappointed.

Like this. It sticks on the screen well and charges quickly. I’ve still had to drag a cable to it so long termI need to fit it better. SoIt doesn’t look like any other non wireless charger.

A great charger for the car. Easy to fit the iPhone XS and charges the phone quietly without having to disconnect a cable.

Supposed to be charging my note 8 on fast charge not doing so. If anything its slower than normal. Thanks again though for the swift response and refund. This may work on other models sadly not mine. All the best.

So awkward to place on your dashboard or windscreen. Worked perfectly for three days, now nothing... too late to return so I’m just going to buy a different product.

Initially product functioned ok. On long journeys running navigation apps wireless charging stopped working. On short journeys ok. However after less than 2 months the wireless charging has stopped working with any reliability. Still works as a mount but charging is very intermittent or inoperable not worth buying.
