I had an issue with this transformer once installed, it was making a very loud electrical snapping noise irregularly during the day. The transformer was functioning properly but I was nervous to keep it powered on. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic! The customer service person I worked with, Bob, was concerned and quickly agreed to replace the transformer even though I had cut the power cord to hard wire the transformer. I am confident the new transformer will fix the problem. I really like the features on this transformer. It offers two separately controlled lines so you can have your first set of lights running at a completely different schedule than a second set. The timers are easy to set up and I particularly like the dusk to dawn feature. The transformer was easy to install and the whole unit feels like a quality product. Their customer service was so good I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

This is an obviously high-quality, solidly built transformer with plenty of capacity. I’m currently running about 10 lights on it and still have room to add more. The setup is pretty intuitive, though it does take a few minutes to get familiar with the timer settings. You can also choose to run it purely off the photocell, turning on at dusk and off at dawn. Overall, it’s an excellent low-voltage transformer and timer. The display is easy to read, and it is also easy to override the timer if you have it set up that way.

Very easy to install and set up, no need for any instruction manual. Their customer support is great. I had some user errors that they helped me work through making sure that my lights not working was due to this product. The two zone system is amazing. I decided to put in down lights instead of up lights. Worked out great. I also bought the landscape lights from the same brand sumvie, which are also fan freaking-tastic. This is an easy install for anyone looking to spruce up the exterior of the house. If I can do this install, you can too.

Easy to install and works and looks professional

The tarsfomer seems heavy and sturdy. It is easy to set up, I set it up to turn on with light sensor and go off by Timer. The only issue I have is with the keyboard which out in the elements like sun and rain and it is going to be damaged, so I cover the surface with plastic, I wish the maufacture can put a cover for that or have it inside the box. We will see what the longevity is, hopefully; it can last as long as my old one which lasted 10 years. I took one star away for not having cover for keyboard.

I installed this product for a customer with the Sunvie low voltage lighting. This Transformer came with clear and concise instructions, it would be easy for a non professional to follow. The unit seems well built and sturdy. The output on the lights is really nice. My customer was very happy once this was all installed. I would say at this price point for the wattage you get it's worth the price of admission.
