Great flavor
I’ve used this product and several others by the same producer primarily because it’s always fresh and moist. It’s always available on Amazon long before my local stores have it, so I can begin my holiday baking supplies by thanksgiving.

Not really candied
These peels are soaked in glucose syrup and the consistency and taste is of a dried out raw peel. Strongly recommend to not purchase because besides receiving the box with a week delay you can't return it. Lesson learned.
