Love the cheeky little phrases throughout the deck. Easy to use and really pretty!

Artwork is unique, as is the box. They are nice playing cards, and I expect them to last forever, which they ought to for the price.

The cards feel nice and look good. They are easy to shuffle and don't fold extremely easily.

I really dig these cards. Everyone knows Bicycle brand cards, you can buy them at nearly every retail store in the country. These have a bit of intrigue to them, from the gold-embossed box to the peculiar drawings on aces and faces. I enjoy that the artist is knowable. Too often in our world we see design as an anonymous process, and I like knowing there are craftsmen and craftswomen out there putting unique things into the world.The cards themselves play nicely. They’re a little slick, but it’s better than being sticky.I love that there’s a “spare” in the deck that you can fill in yourself. This kind of little touch brings real joy!

Right of of the box I notice these cards are silky smooth, much like the bicycle 808. They riffle shuffle easily but with some stiffness, which I like. Fanning and overall handling is great so far. The box is made of nice quality paper unlike the standard deck of cards. It features some nice little details like embossing and gold foiling. I’d say the cacti color is a little more pale than the photos show but I actually really like that. I’ll mention this deck is a one way design so that can be useful for a variety of magic effects, but be mindful if that is distracting for you. For $18 I’d say this is a nice gift for the card enthusiast.

This is a nice quality deck of cards. The design is unique and interesting, and each Queen, Jack, etc. is different and unique in some way which is really cool. Even the box has a nice look and feel to it. There's no much more that can be said about it, just a solid deck of cards.

I was hoping to gift these to my daughter who loves card games, but the sayings are strange are the drawings are disturbing. Not my cup of tea. I’d have preferred something more whimsical and lighthearted, not talking about watching loved ones die. So yeah, not great.

These are quality cards that are similar to Bicycle. They’re not glossy, so they don’t reflect the light as much as some cheaper decks I’ve used. The face cards are not in color, so I didn’t really like that. Some of the quotes on the cards are odd, and I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the designer is trying to communicate. I found the design to be annoying. Overall, they’re decent cards and can be used without issue. Still, I’m more likely to give them to younger kids to play with, who don’t understand or care about the text on the cards. For adults, the quotes on the cards become a mockery (and distraction) at the table rather than a proverb. As far as value for the money, $18 is ridiculous, and true players would be better off with a Bicycle deck at a lower cost.
