Great flag pole holder, anchors are terrible. .
I got this to hold a large flag pole and 4x6 flag. The wall anchors could be a little heftier. There are 4 so that helps some. I installed mine into brick (you will need a masonry drill bit) and seems to be holding well in windy central Indiana. The holder provides several different angles in case I need to lower when I fly my American flag. Happy with my purchase. 4 stars because the wall anchors and screws could be better.

Just installed
Just installed. Went up great. We'll see what happens in a couple of months. Another like product snapped on me during moderate winds. Much less then what I thought it should have. Hopefully this one is stronger.

Aluminum Base & Sleeve But Other Parts Are Steel and Will Rust
We bought this to hang a bird feeder and it would have been plenty strong enough, but I don't understand why the bolt that connects the sleeve to the base as well as the bolt that secures the pole in sleeve are both just regular steel. Is it REALLY that much more expensive to use a good grade stainless steel and create a truly "All Weather" product? We returned ours for a refund without ever mounting it.

Great flag holder
Good price and quality product, my second one.

Easy to install but doesn't hold up over the long term
Like how easy it was to install. However, after buying three of these and experiencing failures on each one I opted to go with a flag holder that is stainless steel and coats about $28. The problem with this flag holder is that it's rather thin aluminum and it will sheer off if flyjng a flag in above average windy conditions.

Design is functional in storms.
Used on mailbox. Large flag. Snapped at the center axle. Repaired with two fender washers and a nut. Appears to weather storms if you are dumb enough to forget to bring the flag in. Stronger than others. Looks like some black paint is chipping off. Wanted adjustable, thicker aluminum, and robust finish from USA. But, gets the job done and better than others.
