Excellent for squating and with degree angles, even better - these wedges are generally ridiculously expensive. I just needed a functional wedge for squats and some knees over toes work. Sure, I might not buy it if I were regularly doing heels raised squats with four plates, but this looks as if it will last a few years of home gym use.

I have been using this personally and with my clients for about a week. The material is durable, but I'd recommend wearing shoes because bare feet tend to slide. I think the angles are helpful to recreate your perfect squat, but as a taller guy I need to stand on the outside of the lines.
