Hard to return and getting a new one for exchange
We bought this Moon Cool and originally purchased the orange bike. The trike bike was so big that the box was damaged, and the bike was also damaged. We were planning a trip across the East Coast with this trike bike. We did not get to take this trike bike with us. The trike bike did not work. We try working with the seller. This went back and forth for two months until they agreed to send us a new trike bike, but they sent us a blue bike for other reasons. We were also okay with the color, but when the blue trike bike arrived, the color was dull, and there was no shine or gloss on the finish paint. We were very disappointed with the trade, as you can tell from the pictures we provided. As of today, we are still dealing with them.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! So much fun! BUT be careful on turns
Love love love so much fun and customer service is awesome as was delivered with slightly bent fender and they sent another right away! I WILL CAUTION you that the throttle can be quite aggressive and really zips when using throttle ONLY there is not a lot of gradual increase unless you really get used to it so hang on! Also because of it being 3 wheels you NEED to take turns SLOW or will topple over! We got the bike up to 28 mph! So be careful down the hills we have taken it off the road around the farm does pretty well and allows my son to keep up with me on the big bikes! We originally got for a disabled family member but the whole family is loving. It!

Kept getting the run around about my problem. I will not buy from moon cool again.I

Missing tools
Received with rear fenders not installed (as shown in instructions). There is a caveat that the pictures are for reference only, but there were no instructions on installation and no allen wrench to support installation. Having said the above it looks good and ride nicely. I would also recommend it.
