I read these books years ago and they are still brilliant. This box set is excellent value. The books are not provided in publication order though, so you may want to pick up the others sequentially with the series as well so you can read them in order.

As someone new to Terry, this looks like a good place to start.

A great set book books and the perfect way to get introduced to the works of the late Terry Pratchet. Books are of great quality and nicely presented. Perfect for kids and adults alike where you are taken into the head of the writer and the worlds he creates.

Brilliant set of books that will give my 10 year old a challenge. Constantly looking for the next book for him and these were recommended to me. Didn’t realise that they don’t have to be read in order and that there’s about 50 books in total!

The corners of the spines were bumped and damaged when I received them, but I crack the spines of my books anyways, so they were bound to be damaged. The books are hilarious though, and such good reads. Dropped it by one star just due to the damage in transport.

Sir Terry is the best and to get the first 5 books in a set was magical. (no pun intended). Bought these for a gift and the recipient is nearly through reading them. They are laugh-out-loud funny if you like British humor and satire. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun read. Pratchett should be at the top of everyone's reading list.

I liked Terry Pratchett's writing for a long time, and don't know why I hadn't gone through the whole disk world series years ago. I recently started reading these to my son, and both of us have been loving the series.

This set is a great introduction to Pratchett’s Discworld series. Each book is a great read on its own, and you’ll also see how the world’s regions and characters intertwine. I find the stories amusing not only because of the interesting plot lines, but especially because of how Pratchett makes fun of our own world. I think of his writing as hilariously snarky, but without being mean. These are books I have read over and over; I bought this set to replace some of my battered first copies. Comes as a set in its own cardboard holder.
