Kimchi Hot Honey Drizzle from The Scottish Bee Company 200g - Made Using Locally Sourced Blossom Honey and Kimchi Brine for Zingy Dishes

This is really delicious 'hot honey' (the heat from the chilli peppers) and my first foray into this new delicacy so, rather than nip to the superstore and find the first hot honey on the shelf I thought I would do some research and give this a try ... on pizza (yum!), on grilled halloumi (delicious), on focaccia (scrumptious), on a cheese and ham sandwich (very tasty), in fact, I'm ready to try it on just about anything!This really is very good, although I am surprised to see one of the three ingredients is organic cider vinegar (perhaps as a preservative?).As my first introduction to hot honey I am really very impressed but I have nothing to compare it with, so £10 for 200ml, (£5/100ml) feels a bit too pricey, given there are hot honeys (two ingredients - honey plus chilli extract) available for as little as 88p/100ml.
