I bought this for my 2yo who LOVES to vacuum and the toy/kids vacuums just didnt fair well with him. I took 1 link out to make it the right size. Its been 3 days since I charged it last and he's been going just about all day on/off each day. Battery seems really stable. No pieces have broken and he is rather *rough* with it at times (again, 2, still learning), and it actually vacuums REALLY well. I'd say I give it a 100/5.

Bought in Dec 2024 Worked great. Then one day in March, wouldn't come on. Had been charging. Outlet fine. Light would blink 3-4 times then go off. Too late to return. Wrote to Sippon. They sent replacement for $15 shipping. So, not sure how I feel. I like the product and hope defective product was a one off. Now, it's August of '25. Last month before I left for vacation, the vacuum started acting up. Stops completely when push the button for higher speed. Had been charging correctly. Filter is cleaned regularly. Can see no reason for this malfunction. Obviously, this is another of the cheap products from overseas whose prices we love, but performance we hate. I ordered a good ol' American-made Black & Decker and it's working well - like all my past B&D did. I would caution everyone about buying this product. I love the way it looks and I wanted the ability to stand, instead of always bending. I'm really disappointed.

This vacuum is great for carpeted stairs and tight places. Very powerful suction and is better than my full size upright. Love the various sizing options too.

This is very small and super lightweight. It has 3 suctions and works well. It swivels so it gets in the tightest places. I like it.

I’ve been using this vacuum cleaner for about two weeks, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. The suction power is strong enough to handle both carpet and hardwood floors, and it even gets crumbs out of the sofa crevices. The machine isn’t too heavy, so it’s easy to maneuver during daily cleaning. The noise level is lower than my old one, though it’s still a bit loud on the highest setting. The battery lasts around 40 minutes, which is enough for a full cleaning session in an average home. The only minor downside is that the dustbin is a bit small, so it needs to be emptied often. Considering the price, I think it’s a solid buy.

After 3 months battery does not hold a charge.

I like my vacuum. It's easy to use and clean and I love that it's cordless. Quality is not all that great but I wasn't expecting much. It's good for a small place and it's lightweight so that's a plus for me and doesn't take up much space. Battery lasts a while before having to charge it again.

Edit: changed to 1 star for poor customer service. I figure they won’t do anything after 13 months but was hoping for at least a reply! So i assume even after having it 13 minutes they won’t reply! I’d find another vacuum if you’re searching! Well it was great while it lasted! Died exactly 13 months after buying and being used almost daily! Doesn’t vacuum rugs well and doesn’t have the suction for the rug lines but it’s great for everyday quick use on hard floors…that is until it dies! Hoped to get more time out of it! May my little buddy RIP!

Hi You get what you pay for, but it does the job!!

Loved it at first. Used it twice and then it stopped working. I was five days too late for a refund. Very disappointing.

The handheld is fine but what’s the point of the long part and base since it does nothing?
