Perfect for icing or heating injuries and not having to hold the ice or heat pack in place with your hands! Folds up small and is good for travelling. Bought after being recommended by a friend. I would recommend this to anyone! The ice/heat packs are large and stay cold/hot for a while!!

great after surgery
I bought this after my husband's knee surgery. It was so easy for him to ice his knee. You don't need anything but what came in the box. The cloth pocket was thick enough so it didn't freeze his knee, and the velcro straps let him keep it in place and walk around with it on. Great product.

Ice pack that can be held in place with Velcro and elastic band
I appreciate this product because it’s set to be able to put either a chilled pack or a hot pack inside Velcro that I can wrap around my waist so that I can put the heat or cold on the specific area that I’m meeting. Works great.
