The description's medium says it's for 32 to 36 waists and I would say that's dead on. It fits my 33" waist with plenty of room to spare to maintain a solid hold.I originally bought this as a concealed carry belt because I was experimenting with appendix carry and the buckle kept getting in the way even when I pushed it to the side. With this belt there was no additional protruding buckle or anything either so that helped reduce the overall bulge after introducing the handgun. Sure, it's not the absolute stiffest belt there is bu it works well enough.Although I purchased this for one purpose I realized I've been wearing this to work anytime I didn't have to tuck in my shirt. It's great because it's flat and flush. After all why wear a buckle and make your stomach look like it's sticking out more than it already does right??Also, I find this is absolutely perfect for backpacking. I would tighten down the waist strap of my backpack which applied pressure on my expensive soft shell which then rubbed right on my belt buckle. After a while I knew this would just wear a hole in my jacket. This belt absolutely prevents that!!I guess the only downside is sometimes when I put it on I feel like I'm 3 years old again and need velcro my clothes together.

Good quality, however, need more on the ends stitching they get pealed after a few uses.

I myself have been in the automotive industry for over 8 years and the typical mechanic belt Velcro only belts are known to not last very long . Everyone should understand that Velcro eventually doesn’t hold well after lots of use . Same goes for any belt with Velcro .This belt has stood well and Has done what it is supposed to do by holding up my pants in my shop that I manage . I have highly recommended these to my technicians and they are going to be buying these to use while at work as well. At first the belt was a bit too big but it’ was simple to just cut off the extra length and melt the tip back like it was prior . If you need a great work belt I highly recommend trying this . I have owned probably close to over 100 belts and this one is by far my favorite one . I will continue to buy only this belt when I feel the Velcro has worn out

I've been using for about a year as regular pant belt that I attach duty belt too with belt keepers. Is holding up fine so far

This is my second Velcro belt, and is much higher quality than the other one I got on Amazon. It is thick, rigid, and the Velcro is extremely secure. I’ve been wearing this for maybe a year now and still functions as good as new, with no loss in grippiness in the Velcro.I have extremely bad allergies and have been unable to find any other belts which do not cause me a rash (plastic belt buckles, nickel free belt buckles, any other type of belt buckle) so this Blackhawk belt gets daily use. I work a physically demanding job and have never had any problems with this belt. If I ever accidentally leave it at a romantic flings house as I did my last belt, I would gladly purchase another Blackhawk.

I was really excited about this belt, and it many ways I still am. They give a very large supply of Velcro on here to keep it secure. The issue is that the edges at pretty “sharp”…for lack of a better word. If the T-shirt was tucked in, it wouldn’t be a problem. But the whole point of wearing this is did not have to tuck it in. I find myself still wearing it from time to time but I am frustrated with how it rubs against my tummy if I move in certain directions. Would I buy another one? No I wouldn’t. There are other styles that I think might be better that basically end up doing the same thing.

This size (medium) was perfect for my 34" waist.I use it under a vest or coat to accommodate my various second amendment equipment when I'm away from the house.Would love to find a stretch/elastic version of this - for more comfort while driving.
