Product is not so effective in giving instant results. But in the morning , there is lot of discharge from the nose ,suggesting clearing of sinuses and makes your head feel lighter.

I have been suffering from allergies since many years mainly pollutants, dust, perfume and such...Every time myallergies are triggered I start sneezing a lot, my eyes are watery, my nose is runny basically everything that happens in Rhinitis. There are no cures for allergies on precautions and some treatment that can help with these symptoms. BreathMor has been very effective in managing those symptoms, I used it twice a day when no symptoms are there but I have been exposed to pollutants as we all are when we go outside.
