I would like to give 5 star for the comfort. But quality is so so. For example, there are rust in the wheels. Assembly is simple and straight forward. Since rus is there I am worried about the longevity. The hand rest is not adjstable. So you may have issues with that.Just for the comfort - 5 Star. Especially the back and neck support. No other chairs I used has this comfort. Even the feather lite product that I have has head support but zero neck support. This one, my neck and head perfectly rests. I am 5.11. Lumbar is very good also. The seat base is excellent as well. The normal position is bit upright which helps my back pain.Look is proper executive look. I bought brown. Black should also be nice.There are lot of improvements on the other area.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice product. Simple process of assembly. No tools required. Everything fits perfectly.Wonderful ergonomic design and medium soft material so that you don’t sink into the chair but stay true to your body posture.

Overall, very good appearance with great comfort. It was very easy to assemble and obviously a superb value for money. Quality is also outstanding with perfect adjustability.

The latherate develop cracks with in a year. Product Not worth . Avoid product from this company at all as they don't accept even repair of the low quality material they r using.

Bought the high end 12k chair. Chair is wide and wheels are very smooth. Self assembly is simple. The back inclination results in whole seat tilting back, which is odd. The armrests are not height adjustable. Overall good chair. Would need to assess how the leatherette performs
