Great Hose

This is a really great hose that I use in and around my garage for multiple purposes. I like using this hose to empty my water heater once a year to flush it out. The hose is nice and thick - very good quality - which allows me to use it for different purposes. I also use it around the yard when doing yard work. The hose was easy to unroll and roll back up. Since it’s new, it was a bit stiffer than I expected it to be, but that came in handy when rolling the hose back up to put it away. I experienced no water leakage and the different lengths of the hose (options for purchase) is a great way to get exactly what I needed.

I switched our primary aux water hose to this drinking hose because I saw our plants were struggling and the water smelled like plastic with our old hose. After switching to this hose with an inline filter, our plants recovered and started to thrive again. The only thing I'm not liking is that the hose becomes very stiff when outside temps are below 50°. Otherwise, I'm glad I made the switch!

Finally, an RV drinking water hose that holds up to the punishing Arizona summer heat/sun. I'm very pleased with this hose.

Best hose in the world! The picture that is shown is the old hose that I have used for 10 years... exposed to the Arizona Sun! Plus hooked up in a RV park that has high water pressure. This hose has never let me down. Most hoses don't recommend 24/7 pressure. Thank you Camco for making a quality product!

I've bought other brands and they are almost all gone but my Camco hoses are hanging in there. I don't even know when I ordered them. I will say that 2 died of lawnmower injuries. They were replaced with other hoses. But the original Camco hose is in the same place it's been for years. I pulled it out of the grass and vines this evening just to look at it, not swollen or brittle. I have to repair the other hose I bought locally, got a hole in it. I really expected the Camco hose to break as hard as I pulled on it, but it's still in one piece. So if you need a good garden hose and want one to last, get this one. I think the price is pretty good if you figure how many years you'll have it. Even more if unlike me, you take care of it. Or maybe not!
