Quality matches the price
Phillips Norecol shavers last longer and are much better than imported shavers. While imported shavers are lower price and give me a faster 10,000 rpms a minute, they are cheaply made.Especially the ones made in China. When you buy cheap you have to buy again. This is a excellent head and face shaver. FYIEasier to clean and maintain.I purchased 4 imported shavers in the last 2 years BTW. The quality matches the price!

The Best Model!
Quiet and powerful. Very gentle on the skin. Rubber grip in all the right places. No risk of accidentally hitting the on/off button while shaving like some of the other models. I tried one of the newer models with the angled pentagon head and returned it immediately and bought this one. The angled head model has the blade too far away from the edge and is VERY irritating to the skin. Get this model and you’ll be happy. Note that I’ve had at least 10 Norelco shavers over the years and this is my favorite. I use the shaver to shave my face and bald head. Con: It would be nice if it came with a travel case.

Norelco cheaps out on a decent shaver
I got the Model S3242/90 for my "new to shaving" teenage son. He likes the shave quality so far.Despite claimed to be included, there is NO TRAVEL POUCH included.I see some reviews mentioning USB-C. The included charging cable is USB-A, not C, and you're on your own for an actual USB-A "brick" to use. I'll also note there was a charger "recommended" by Amazon as a bundle with this shaver but it IS NOT COMPATIBLE. It is a 15V charger as was used by older models of this shaver, not the 5V that USB can supply for this updated model. It's a shame Norelco has decided to "cheap out" by not supplying a charger with a rechargeable device, but most folks probably have an old 5V 1A USB-A "brick" laying around somewhere, these have been very common with things like Fire Stick, Chromecast, Roku Stick, and many many phones over the years.

Decent Shave
This is my third Norelco shaver. Works well. No electric razor gets as close of a shave as a razor, but it does a decent job. I much prefer this version vs the Norelco with the pivoting head. This one feels more comfortable in my hand. Would recommend this razor. The only downside is the charger must be plugged into a USB outlet. They should have stuck with the regular plug in.

Quiet and effective on scalp
Update: It's been about a month and it works better than ever. I was a skeptic about the "21 days" to get better, but it's true. No irritation, no ingrown hair. Much smoother than the first few uses, but still not absolutely mirror-smooth. No need for shave powder or oil. Excellent shaver. Original post: Just received it and used it twice. This Norelco works great on my scalp stubble. It provides me with the "bald" look I sought without apparent irritation. My scalp isn't "smooth". Not hardly. It looks bald, but if you rub against the grain, it feels like sandpaper. That's OK by me.I used a little powder (Anti-Monkey Butt brand). I'm surprised at how completely it trims and how quietly it works. The pop-up trimmer is useful at the intersection with my short beard and with ear hairs. I plan to use it 3x a week.

Good value for the money
Works very well it keeps a charge for a long time for the price. I’m very impressed with it.

Fantastic
I purchased this razor because I've had great experience with Norelco. I tried to save some money and purchased a cheaper razor and was disappointed and returned it. So I bit the bullet and purchased another Norelco razor and I'm back to getting an awesome shave. My last Norelco I bought was in 2009 and it lasted up to 2025. Hoping my new Norelco will last just as long.

Doesn't shave, even a little.
Good day. I purchased your electric rasor, along with two others a while back, and NONE of them work. I don't mean they worked for a while then not. I mean I run over the same spot, for example, and they don't do squat. So for since then I sit here pissed thinking nobody makes a working electric razor any more. Or what? So, I thought I'd send each an inquiry asking do you, or anybody make an electric razor that works any more? Is so, it surely would be nice to shave again. SERIOUSLY. Since this experience I've refused to waste more money trying to get ANY shave at all. Anyway, if you have an electric razor that does ANYthing, especially actually works, I certainly would be right and great to have a working electric razor again. Never use to be a problem or even a consideration before. I guess its just all junk now?I would love to receive and do an honest review on anything that actually shaves, cuts a hair.Thank you, robert
