We used this in a keto icecream made at home - small amount goes a long way- full of flavour

I've tried the raspberries and the mango, the mango was flavourless but the raspberries were prefect. Nice and tangy but sweet enough flavour, brightly coloured and easy to process for baking.

This is not my first go at freeze dried raspberries, so can confirm these are great compared to others, and the quantity is actually a lot.... If you go to the baking section of main chain supermarkets you can find the tiniest pot of freeze fired raspberry "bits" what weighs about 8g for about £3.50. These are WHOLE raspberries freeze dried. So although the amount is only 100g - that is actually a lot in the world of freeze dried!. it comes in a resealable foil pouch so will stay fresh. If you have never had freeze dried raspberries before you are in for a treat! The flavour - super concentrated - blows you away. The consistency - crunchy - not chewy - crunchy - AND melts in your mouth , like a dry crunchy meringue. Colour - raspberries are one of the best for holding their colour when freeze dried, and all without any nasty preservatives. amount - one freeze dried raspberry goes a long way! Uses - oh so many...for example... baking - not in cakes, that would be a waste, but ON them, wow, crush them, sprinkle them, on top of cuppa cakes, see your guests faces when they eat it - amazing. tea - ever wondered why shop bought fruit teas all taste the same - are bland, and smell nicer than they taste - because they are fruit "flavoured" not actually fruit in it, and all carry hibiscus which is great for colour, is cheap, but tastes awful. make your own fruit teas with freeze dried fruit - a little tea Bob is easy to carry about, pop in a freeze dried raspberry , add hot water and WOW. cosmetics - great to colour and flavour lip balms, creams, soaps snacking - just wow.

These things are great. I was looking for fruit that I could add to overnight oats, and these make them taste absolutely delicious as well as giving them a lovely colour. I've also used them to make raspberry cream truffles (also topped with a little dried raspberry) - those were a BIG hit with everyone who tried them.

Use these to add to homemade museli, or occasionally brownie mixture etc. They’re great. Not especially cheap but then nor are fresh raspberries! Taste great

Used them to make raspberry roasted almonds, was perfect for the coating. Couldn’t knock the flavour. Would definitely buy them again.

The raspberries are nicely packaged and a lovely colour, but these are the only good comments i can make. The fact that they are more like a flavourless, minute meringue. sums them up. I am sorry to say.

Llegó rápido y sin problemas, el producto lo esperado.

La busta contiene una quantità sufficiente di lamponi. Alcuni sono rotti o anche completamente polverizzato ma il sapore e il colore rimangono eccezionali. Finora li ho pensato nello yogurt, nella granola o puri e sono davvero squisiti. Il colore è fantastico. Immagino che in una crema di mascarpone o anche semplicemente nella panna saranno eccezionali. Li comprerò sicuramente di nuovo e li consiglio nonostante il prezzo un po troppo alto

Ottimo sapore, consistenza perfetta e li ho cercati per così tanto tempo che ormai avevo perso le speranze e invece eccoli.. perfetti sotto ogni punto di vista, il prezzo è un po' caro ma comunque si 11€ sono tantini ma100gr (volevo prendere il formato da 500gr ma non è disponibile) durano un po'
