I work from home and since Covid, my company has really embraced video meetings using Zoom and Teams. Now, they've added a new telephone system I access via my computer. I've been using a wired headset and found it very constricting. So, I went looking for something wireless. I can be on the phone/PC most of the day so I needed something that was comfortable with good battery life. I also want something I could wear on either ear. Given my hearing loss and given that many of my team members speak english as a second language, I needed good sound quality so I wouldn't miss what was being said. And I didn't want to spend a fortune.I was a little skeptical given the price but took a chance and boy am I happy!The headset comes with a USB cable attached to the base. You can plug that into your PC or an adapter to power the base/cradle to recharge the headset. It has a Bluetooth dongle if your device doesn't have Bluetooth but, since my PC does, I leave the dongle stored in the base/cradle. It connects with ease and I can use it on both Zoom and Teams calls and when making or receiving telephone calls. All with no issues.If you're looking for a Bluetooth headset that's comfortable to wear, has good sound and is affordable, this is a good choice.

The headsets provided by my job were subpar, to say the least. The calls would cut out and the caller could not hear me. Headset is plugged into a USB port on a laptop. Received this headset within 2 days and was usable right away. I charged it for a couple of hours prior to using and have not had any issues.Love the mute option by lifting the mic.The noise cancellation does not cancel everything, but it is better than what I have had in the past.The ear piece is comfortable for most of the day, but I have found that I have to reposition it a few hours in.The wireless feature is great! I have had to walk away from my desk a few times and the calls came through with no issues. I'm not sure what the distance is, but I'm not going to be walking outside or anything, so this is good for me. I can walk to the other side of my house and still receive calls.I have not paired with my cell phone, so I don't know how that option works, but for my situation, this was worth the money.It keeps the charge. I have not let it charge down so I'm not sure how long the charge holds, since I put it back on the dock during breaks, lunch and after hours.The only reason for the 4 stars is the comfort of the ear piece. Otherwise, Great Job guys!

Work’s outstanding! I’m able to sit straight without being held to a one sided cord on my old headset! Back has improved and I can stand and stretch during a call. WFH is supa better now with these headphones! Will do a follow up in a couple months! Battery life is wonderful during an 8 hour shift. Responsible price! And super clear! Fits just right and can switch ear fit with no issues!

The sound was really good as well as the Bluetooth came as a plus, I much prefer to be able to stand and stretch if I so please! It’s also super light and it comes with its own charger.

Very clear sound, people can hear clearly no back ground noise, only issue I've found is it disconnects and reconnects on its own sometimes even when I have my phone on me. Other than that great product, lightweight and comfortable. Also the mute factor when you rasie the mic it mutes itself great when putting people on hold

I mainly got this for a more lightweight option to game with on my PC and have one ear open.I generally have Spotify, Discord, and whatever game I'm playing running all at once.As soon as you enter into a game, the sound quality drops dramatically and sounds uncomfortably bad.I tried a bunch of stuff but couldn't get it to work right, so I am returning the headset.I'm sure this headset is great for it's intended purpose (voice chats) only, but not for anything more than that.However the headset did feel comfortable while I was testing everything out, and pairing to the USB dongle was automatic and had no issues connecting.

I was pleasantly surprised by this headset! For the price, I wasn't expecting the quality to be as good as it is. The set up was straightforward and easy! The noise cancelling is mid, but for me that works just fine as my environment in not an overly noisy one. Battery life is exceptional! I am always leaving my headset on and it is still fully usable days after!I do wish the volume output was louder. I've tried the headset with different computers/laptops and it's all the same. Overall, a good product and has made my remote working days much easier!
