Hazard 4Men's Defense Courier Diagonal Tactical Luggage - Black, 54 cm

I previously brought a Hazard 4 bag before...same quality & toughness you'd expect from this brand. Ideal as a EDC (Every Day Carry) bag. The bag goes vertically across comfortably; so there's no back problems.

Excellent, all round, robust bag.

Let's get this out of the way first: Hazard4 do quality work, and the Defense Courier Diagonal is no exception. The materials, finish, and attention to detail are excellent. The problem that everyone mentions (the glued-in Hazard4 logo in the middle of the velcro patch on the main flap) isn't that bad either, you can stick a reasonable-sized morale patch over it with no problems, if you are so inclined. I even liked the locking buckles on the strap and flap.However, after putting this bag through its paces for a week, I had to send it back. Why? Well, for one thing, it's BIG. I commute in to university, and the bag is noticeably wider than a tube seat, making it awkward to handle. The Sherman or Messenger of Doom bags are a better option, but I was after a sling bag - so they were out, too.The zip in the top of the flap allow easy access to the interior without unbuckling - but it's not THAT easy to find what you want through the zip. The padding in the laptop compartment si very nice, thoughThe pros of the bag: excellent quality and finish, BIG capacity, and comfortable to wear. A damn good bike courier's bag, I'd say. In the end, though, I went for the 5.11 MOAB 10: zips rather than a flap, more compact, ambidextrous, and nearly half the price. The Hazard4 Defense Courier is much more stylish, though!
