Overall, I think you get what you pay for with this couch. I got the gray faux leather couch. The box it came in was smaller than I anticipated, about four feet long, by four feet wide, by one foot in depth. The fabric is soft, and the frame pieces seem fairly sturdy. The most difficult part was getting the back piece to attach to the arm rests. After that it was fairly smooth sailing. The pictures are not very clear about how each piece is positioned, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out. One of the arm rests was missing holes in the fabric where the screws go in, but it was easy to poke through and it was in a hidden spot on the bottom. The cushions were vacuum sealed and seem a bit on the thin side, but it's comfortable enough with some throw pillows on it. I got this couch because it fit in my budget, and I'm not disappointed with the quality for what I paid. We will see how it holds up over time.

I absolutely love this sofa. It’s gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious. The color is a beautiful, rich gray which can appear to have blue or taupe undertones depending on lighting. I use it as my main sofa and it’s fantastic - it looks like a more expensive sofa and I’ve received multiple compliments. You cannot get a better sofa for the price. I would buy this again!

This might be an okay couch for a young adults first apartment, but I highly regret purchasing. I should have just paid $1000 for something quality and comfortable.

I am very unhappy with this purchase. The sofa "looked nice" at first, but unfortunately, after 7 months it broke. The frame at the bottom of the couch is not good quality. Part of the frame came through the black lining of the couch at the bottom. Since that happened, the right side of the couch caved in. I have reached out to the seller through Amazon multiple times with no resolution. I always have to wait 2-3 business for someone to contact me... I also paid for Allstate, in case something happened to the sofa. I initially reached out to Allstate and they said that I could not file a claim and should reach out to the seller, because the sofa should still be covered under warranty. Meanwhile, the seller will not accept a return and has not initiated contact to resolve the issue. This is unfair. This has been a very disappointing experience.

The size was my focus, it’s a small couch, not a loveseat. It came in a square box,?, solid metal construction and me, an older small gal, was able to accomplish the “two men” it suggested in one step. I did add a small rug grip pad which solved my slipping bottom cushion issue. I did have to clean up a chocolate oops and it cleaned well with ease. I’m happy with the purchase.

I like how easy it was to put together. I did it. Y myself. It is a nice size and looks way more expensive than it is.
