It works, but not smoothly. The cord especially needs to be upgraded.

Its perfect I was paying pretty good amount of money to go to rehab, I couldn't move my arms but when I saw this product I didn't thing twice I got em ND I steel use them.

Pulley doesn't operate quite as smoothly as I would have liked, but great for the price.
Pulley has been a great tool for exercising my broken shoulder. Only a couple of days of adding the pully to my exercises and I am looking forward to working out all the stiffness in my shoulder in short order. My ortho physician told me I would probably always have stiffness in my shoulder, but I think with my current exercises and now the pully, I can prove him wrong.

No Need to Spend a Fortune
Used for arthritis in my shoulder. Along with regular physical therapy, I needed to also do stretching at home daily. This did the trick. Economical, easy to set up on a door and easy to use. I leave it on the door to remind me to use it daily. Cord can be shortened to adjust to your need.

It works for me.
I bought to strengthen my arm after a fall. As an elder that has always had strong muscles I know it’s important to keep muscles strong but was worried I would overwork my arm with weights . This works perfectly as one arm helps the other lift with this device.

Need help mounting to wall
Similar to one in hospital where I rehab after shoulder replacement, so this works fine; as long as someone helps you nail it in place.

No bracket or option to buy the bracket
It says there's an option to buy the bracket version but that wasnt available. So I assumed that maybe both came with the package - nope only the strap. Other than that, the hardware looks very sturdy and other materials look long lasting.

If you need to move you shoulder joints get one
After a fall now a paralyzed individual who wants to continue movement. Thank you Amazon
