I've gone through about 6 of these so far since the time I ordered them. They are very small but quite effective. I use it once in the morning and am good for the rest of the day (and even the next). Longevity wise I would say maybe it's a bit too good and I have difficulty taking it off. You have to scrape it off while in the shower or it won't come off or use some kind of sponge. I don't know how much aluminum it has to be honest but I've never had any bad reactions using it.
